  1. For all those people kissing Simon's backside for simply confirming their biases. Outside of the 'if there was no grounds to open a case' point, I think he is being disingenuous. Not guilty is sometimes the best a defendant can get(Simon saying he would do this and that in the same situation is poppycock)… Not because 'he probably did it' but because proving something did not occur is more often than not a lot harder to prove than if something did occur. If you actually think about this properly(ie which situation is more likely to have evidence vs the other) it's logical why the saying goes 'innocent until proven guilty'. I still don't know why so many people fail to grasp this.

  2. Jordan has a disproportionate negative view towards Paqueta and the FA case.. Not Proven is Not Guilty.. there is only a distinction in Scottish Law. Let’s also note that the burden of proof is on the balance of probabilities as opposed to beyond reasonable doubt.. yet there was still insufficient evidence to prove the case.. he is therefore innocent and has been exonerated.

  3. Danny's Murphy get your head up and look what caused this if not I'll explain it for you he's just gone through two years of torment not knowing if he's going to lose his livelihood and an absolute disgrace of as biased ref you will ever see produces a yellow card when one paqueta had his back to him who's 20 yards behind puts his arms up apealing a foul not abused anyone and he didn't commit the foul to them turn round to see England waving a yellow card but for what, what offence did paqueta do ,did he foul no, did abuse the ref,no did he deliberately dive,no so pray tell me what he did he threw his arms up appealing which all players do , the fact remains England was banned from officiating at Liverpool games so should stay banned because his biased descisions ie no foul on diouf by konate who was done for pace and he would have been in on goal no foul which was bad enough and no yellow yet maggasa wins a perfect 50/50 with szobsliegh which even TV commentary was shocked when England produced another yellow this bias went on all over the pitch and all paqueta was asking is what the card was for and he said nothing,if I'm any manager playing Liverpool with that ref I'm asking for a change because he's so conscious of messing up at upsetting Liverpool again he's over compensating

  4. Jim White gets worse and worse every week. West Ham fan here and glad Simon put him in his place… Being cleared and not found guilty are very different. We play better without Paqueta!

  5. Simon Jordan would sue himself if he could. What a pompous fool he is with his know it all attitude. What is there for this guy to gain from suing the FA besides more legal fees?

"The case wasn'tproven, therefore he's not innocent". What a stupid thing to say. "How dare you bring up charges against someone innocent?" Newsflash bro, it happens all the time in the legal system and no one gets sued.

How many times have people been accused of serious crimes and were found not guilty after all the facts came to light? Your point assumes that circumstantial evidence is enough to assume someone is not innocent. You would make for a poor lawyer my friend.

  6. What has him being tried for betting have to do with him talking about player protection? Just another immature footballer on top money nothing to worry about.

  7. Are you crazy, hes shown hes just self centered and couldn't careless about playing for west ham anymore, go back to Brazil where you'd be happy and stop blaming the past its over, I've had 2 surgeries in the space of 3 months and lost out on 2 grand atleast of earnings, you dont think im stressed boo hoo

  8. It's as if Simon was given these questions 24hrs before the show…

He is shooting from the hit non stop, he even misses breathes, in between the verbal spiel

  9. The FA failed to act reasonably in pursuing Paqueta. The phone issues and the absurd amount of time taken to determine the matter demonstrates some degree of incompetence. But Simon is right, the player should sue. None of this excuses his red card against Liverpool, that was sheer petulance. As for "Not Proven", those are merely weasel words from the FA.
