Very worried about people overhyping this guy. He still loses the ball a lot and misplaces passes. I'd say keep loaning him until he is about 22 like we did with Saliba. His position requires a lot of responsibility and awareness and he needs time to develop this responsibility and awareness in midfield.
On the ball I have no doubts, he has the calm, the technical ability, short and long range of passes. But my only doubt is how is he going to adapt without the ball, when we have to defend in a low block or when we have to press, also his ability to retrieve the ball from the opposition, because that is what makes Partey unique. Still, great diamond we have in our hands, I have huge hopes for him to do good here.
