He cares but he needs to start giving the bench players more playing time where some time Yamal don’t need to play full time. If Yamal does get angry getting off then we let him know he will start playing from the bench if he keeps getting angry for getting off. Hansi should adjust the back line, because these players are not defending nor tackling. They’re not aggressive on the ball, they’re not capable of winning duels against their opponents. Their training should be improved and changed, the coach is being so lenient with the players and playing father role much than he being the coach.
My heart is broken to have seen Flick in that state 😢

Our players should snap out of the success of last season and avoid this heavy load of complacency so we can get back to that fire and intensity we saw last season.

Agreed. I really do like Flick. He's not perfect, but he's one of the best coaches in a good while. Don't let him go Barca it would be the worst mistake to do so… The team needs leaders in each position and 1 main squad leader. Raphina is perfect so far.

I´d say one exception besides Raphinha is Fermin. He always gives it a 110%. He should always start if he´s fit.

Do you think he is being punished by the coach and maybe just doing in inwardly without making a fuss about it to the media hence stating that it is just a personal issue, cus it doesn’t feel right to me that him and frenkie being captain suspiciously miss the next game after that performance due to “personal reasons” according to flick and he still is gonna miss a big game like Atletico who are in form due to personal reasons that can not be stated out and obviously not an injury???

Flick was upset that the referee sent off his staff at the end of the match. It's understandable because the referees here are so corrupt and he comes from a league where that wouldn't happen. One thing is very true and that is that Flick deeply deeply cares about this club, the fans, his players, and his staff – and we should put our faith and trust back into him, just like the players need to as well.
IMO, we need to sell some players! I am literally one of Araujo's best supporters, but he is no longer reliable in clutch moments. Its a mental thing, and it has cost us too much, maybe its time to let him go. We also need to look at selling others. Ferran is a really good backup player, but if a good offer comes for him, think we should let him go too. We need a very decent LCB, a great CF and 1 very good fullback if we want to compete in Europe. This team is good, but the mentality has been adversely affected. They need to wake up. We are literally playing at 50%, every damn time! Being outplayed by PSG and Chelsea aint acceptable!!
The high high line is a problem, whether Flick admits it or not. It requires better and faster players, like the ones Bayern has, but even with that Bayern was beaten by Arsenal mainly for that.
That's the attitude of a great coach he playing mind game with his players so that they can play very well. Raphina is lauck to barca Pedri is football and Yamal is the sprit of the team

These Barca players deserve some strong slaps 👋🏻 on their faces because it's really necessary to wake them up from their sleep, they are getting lazy, we have to win trophies man especially UCL, we desperately need that one, we've been a laughing stock in the football world. When you have your coach Hansi Flick get sad emotional absolutely devastated on the bench while watching His players' performance, you just know they are playing f**king terribly 💩 this isn't working, players have to do more… the demands and pressure are always there on your shoulders when you are a Barca player so you always have to give your absolute best in every match, you have to be consistent 😢 otherwise you get a lot of criticism for sure.
