  1. Lucas Paqueta is fighting exactly the kind of people like Simon, who sit in glass house and shouting. Lucas cannot win this battle.

I support Martin for standing up

  2. Legit question: If he was innocent in the betting scandal, does it mean that all the friends and relatives that won money with betting were just lucky?

  3. West ham captain and several players tried to calm him down..he wanted a red card make no mistake about it..even clapping sarcastically when he got the red card….craziest red card ever…

  4. The betting charges in 2023 were related to him getting cards for arguing with a ref. He got off in July 2025. If it was me I'd be keeping my head down now and just enjoying my football. I wouldn't be trying to get myself sent off for arguing with a ref. If I was the FA I'd be watching him like a hawk and looking for any betting irregularities. Whatever mistake was made last time in terms of evidence will not be made next time.

  5. It really seems like Paqueta might be a victim now – like he wants to stop but he's in too deep with the mob. That intentional red card was way too obvious & his posts afterwards were like a cry for help.

  6. Jordan hates WHU and is not accounting for Lucas being a forgiving devoted Christian, foreign, with limited English. Stupid Jordan saying Lucas should sue 🙄

  7. Also the captain Jarrod Bowen was standing right next to Lucas Paqueta and as a captain did absolutely fck all, didn't even try to calm him down, drag him away from the ref… just stood there like he's got no care in the world. yeah Bowen is not responsible for Lucas Paqueta's actions but ffs if you're the captain and you find yourself in a situation when you see your team mate clearly loosing it risking getting sent off you fckn grab that rascal by the scruff and get him outa there. that's what a real captain should do.

  8. Martin's up there with Jim as the most retarded people on the planet , how the f**k can he sit there with a straight face and try defend the little cry baby cheat that is Lucas Paqueta

  9. Yes players succum to same depressions as us normal people but guess what we dont get any help unless we ask for it, and we pay for the help, if he gets help from the PFA its the PFA that pay not the player.

  10. Spot fixing is rife in sport, sometimes for greed sometimes for blackmail. Just look at whats come out from the NBA, multi millionaires across the game spot fixing. IPL cricket had loads of it as well.

  11. First yellow Paqueta clearly said something to the ref. You can see the ref do a double take as he is walking away and then pulls out the yellow. The red? Paqueta was looking for it! I hope he gets sold in January and never wears theshirt again! He certainly doesn´t play for it!

  12. No sympathy as a West Ham supporter. We are in a position where we need everyone pulling in the same direction and that includes controlling their behaviour when the team with suffer the consequences. I dont believe much that has ever comes from his mouth. When he puts himself in a position, he sweet talks the fans with a small comment or badge kissing and fools them. He would've walkwd at least 2 or 3 times ago if circumstances would've allowed it. He has no love for West Ham..

  13. Mental health affects everyone differently. It is extremely hard to deal with. Unfortunately not as simple as stop doing it.. all doctors surgery’s and hospitals would be empty if the answer was grow up and get over it.

  14. The ref in that game was atrocious, he was making mistake after mistake no consistency, he should be challenged by the fa as to why he made ridiculous decision after decision, not being able to show your frustration at pathetic officiating and then said official booking someone 20 feet away for throwing their arms up at the pathetic officiating is laughable, I think he is right to ask the ref why he booked him and rather than have a discussion with the player he just waves him away like who are you to speak to me is arrogance of the highest order and is why nobody should respect refs, act how you want to be treated and you will be treated that way, the ref caused the entire episode with inconsistent decisions, the ref was a joke imo and I'm not a westham fan either .

  15. The player clearly didn’t care about staying on the pitch and helping his team! And that’s what he’s paid to do! He should get fined and sold in January, although he’s probably just scuppered his chances of a move in January,he will be under investigation again
