I think this might backfire for Madrid. Because Arsenal are back. We no longer have any financial constraints; Emirates Stadium is paid off, and we have finally, finally been able to spend money after Arteta arrived to build a squad to win titles again after a 20 year identity crisis in our history. I would love Rodrigo at Arsenal because I know that if you give him to Arteta, then Arteta will make him exceed all of his limits. Like Havertz, Rodrigo will play at his best at Arsenal. We are not going anywhere. You will bump heads with us in the Champions League every season now. Do you really want to give us Rodrigo? Why give him to us? Makes no sense. If I were a Madrid fan, I would prefer selling him to a mid-tier club that Madrid wouldn't necessarily deem threatening. Rodrigo is a top player.
