Marcus has been an excellent loan for us. He still needs a lot more work in his off the ball game. You have to press box to box as a winger in our system or our fullbacks are cooked with overloads. Part of the reason 2nd half vs Celta was better he was getting back there with Balde. If he can pick his work rate up in this area would love to have him permanently.
