Good this season? One goal since January
IF(S) > Sit narrower
Fb(A) > Stay wider
FM did it first 😅
Also JJ: Doku xG is high because of his outside of the box shots
Kevin
The left full back should just shadow mark him and the opposition winger should shadow mark their full back. Done.
He's got 1 goal since January let's calma
That lizard won't be stopped this season. Sometimes he literally slithers between opponent's in the box
They will never stop duku he’s has too much pace and tricks
So he's invented the inverted winger like the inverted fullback
Jack Grealish be side eyeing Pep
Pep test doku's ability to do this in season past in minor Fa cup matches and he did well there that's one of the reasons pep trusts him to do it cuz he's well equipped and hard to stop in that role
Pep tactics are only as flexible as his personnel and he couldn't really do this with grealish and bernado cuz neither are great wingers or great inverting wingers
But with doku, cherki and Savio as wide options they are versatile players who can dribble, carry and pass the ball well from deeper positions
Just man mark him ,ala Park v Messi
So Doku taking low xG shots from outside the box is now a good thing? 😂
Honestly, that Bias against Manchester United put a deep stain on your analysis on other teams that you don't support so I'll just ignore you. But I'm one person so who cares 😂
Players rotating position?
Sounds like what Arsenal do
No-one’s worked out how to stop him? Does Matty Cash not exist?
Now suddenly everyone knows why doku is so good!
I think it’s because he is up against desks and united shooting outside the box
And it's never been done before! Pep changes football as we know it!
Isn’t that how Raphinha plays at Barca?
Yeah, can't take this guy seriously after he got schooled by footy.
Bro has one goal in the PL but ok.
What two league goals 10 months apart? 🥱
Better luck next time Davies.
Liverpool for that matter.
He hasn't been "good" this season, imo. If being good means he hasn't had these kind of performance previously in a City shirt then I disagree. Throughout his seasons at City he always had this unplayable runs, game changing performances. I still remember how people talked about him after the 5 G/A performance against Bournemouth in his first season. That being said, I'd still rather have him in my team.
