As someone who religiously watches the Dutch National Team, Wout shows up when he's needed most. He can turn a goal deficit around with stunning regularity. I think it has a lot to do with how energetic he is, when he's been subbed in he runs and fights more than anyone else on the pitch and that's what gets results.
