couple of months ago he was said to be one of the worst united signings, and Amorim was the devil on earth for playing him
Casemiro being strong in the air is the reason why I want Baleba over Wharlton and Anderson, we need someone strong in the air .. When in form Baleba is better than both
I feel these talks of other players not contributing or scoring is very negative for the team, since most players turn to be selfish making it all bad for the team.

He previously played for Real Madrid from 2013 to 2022, where he became one of the best defensive midfielders in the world, winning numerous trophies including five UEFA Champions League titles. I'm pretty certain Amorim would want to keep him next season, but it all depends on the wages, he has said he wants to stay and Utd have a year extension they can trigger which would reduce his wages. If everyone is happy with that then all is good i suppose. It's a similar situation with Maguire, he wants to stay and will probably take the wage cut, it seems there is life in the old dogs yet 😁With Amorims preference to bringing in Acadamy players and INEOS preference to buying young players, keeping the pair would be good for the dressing room.

In my opinion the reason we have conceded less with Case is that he stays deeper, close to the defence, screening because he knows he lacks the pace to keep pressing high anyway. When Ugarte and Mainoo come on, they roam forward and yet they aren't even good at staying with their men so the gap opens up. While Ugarte runs around like a headless chicken, Mainoo can't even run. 2 different problems but both bring chaos.
By the way, there is similarity between you and Manuel Ugarte😂

Case is class
Only problem whit him is hes slow passing .
Everyone is getting it wrong on why things go bad for us when Casemiro comes off. Casemiro has evolved from that crunchy player he was. Although he still show that side of his game, its the amount of forward passes hes involved in. People will thank that is only meant for Bruno in this squad, but Casemiro is given certain passes thats make the opponent think deep about abandoning their posiyions to attack us. U know hes a threat in setpieces as well.
He is going to be difficult to replace.
I can’t think of many DM’s with his gravitas. That level of respect for playing at the top level for so long.
Kimmich is the only one I can think of off-hand, he wouldn’t be a bad addition to the squad along with some youth like Anderson and Wharton

While i havent watch how Warton plays, This is why i would choose Anderson over Baleba. Anderson have that simlar intellegence to Case, controlling the game's tempo perfectly which would be the best Case replacement.
Actually, this analysis just made me think why hasn't any coach tried converting Casemiro into a central defender with deep-playmaking duties? I mean, since so many managers like a ball-playing CB these days to bring the ball out, why not a ball-playing CB who plays long passes to set up an attack instead of bringing the ball out of defence into midfield, exposing himself to a high press and losing the ball? He's good in the air which is what you want from a CB, and instead of passing the ball back to the 'keeper to launch it, he can launch the ball from CB area which would push the ball and the forwards higher up the pitch into the attacking third. He just needs more experience as a CB to understand what's needed of one.
What’s after Casemiro? And what’s after Bruno.
Wait what? In what areas of the game is it a negative (for Casemiro) to have a lot of experience? That makes no sense.

Gotten to the point where someone to spell Case has to be a priority in January. We look so different without him, need someone who can come on and keep it going when he goes off. Chema would be ideal.

I respect Bruno and Casemiro a lot for adapting and changing their playstyles so drastically and follow the manager's commands and new gen tactics they never played before!!
They might need replacements soon but they've outdone themselves this season!!
Our love for these two players should drown the hate!!
