COVENTRY Sphinx will play Aston Villa in the Birmingham Senior Cup at the start of next month.
Sphinx will host Villa on Wednesday, December 3 at the Cameron Slater Arena with kick-off at 7.45pm.
The Premier League side won the competition in 2023/24 as a young Villa squad thrashed Racing Club Warwick 9-0 in the final.
Villa have won the competition a record 20 times and have appeared in the final on 29 occasions.
