How was Ruma to know Robinson was offside.
Definitely offside Donnarumma doesn't know Robertson is offside and doesn't dive when VVD heads because he is expecting the Liverpool left back to head it but he ducks – if he doesn't duck the ball hits him. Put it this way if Robertson is not there the goalie has no distraction and makes an easy save.
City are steadily improving and when Cherki realises, fully, what's needed he will contribute more. Rodri will be back soon and that will help. Gonzales is improving too. Bernardo is looking fully fit now too.
Robertson's position was forcing Donnarumma to be caught in two minds – will he hit the ball or not. If he's not in the way Gigio only has to worry about Van Dijk's header which was going in a straight line. Makes the situation a lot different. The refferee made the right call, if it was in their favour the scousers would be defending it just the same.

Robertson bent his body and head down when the ball was coming against him into goal. So he is part of the game as he is offside and involved. So those claiming other should go to specsavers!
