If he's as big a.star as they say in Korea, 3 million won't cut it. Plus if he's being compared to son, I'm surprised he's not being tracked by English clubs . Time will tell and hopefully not gazumped at the last kick .
He looks a player but we should lay down our offer & give a deadline of 24/48hours. Celtic want players who genuinely want to play for the club & not anyone looking for bigger & better before he even signs.

Brilliant Ange. Winning titles, bringing in great talent on the cheap from around the globe, always planning well ahead. The board would be down kissing his feet.
If reports from MLS are correct, we are well off the mark, in terms of our bid. MNUFC have reportedly offered $5 million (£4.7 million).
He would be what MLS call a "Designated Player" – in other words, a player whose wages can exceed the club's salary cap limit.
Provided they're free of injury, MLS Designated Players are guaranteed playing time/a starting spot.
Unless we're willing to double our bid, and pay the man very, very well (£50k/week or more), I can't see him coming to Paradise – unfortunately.
