Where does that leave the Lakers now, and is the pressure on to make a deal? Plus we open up the mail bag and discuss Anthony Davis eventually starting in a big lineup with Thomas Bryant, trade options, Patrick Beverley’s resurgence and tons more…

Trevor stop frontin’ You know with all y’all media people there is NO BEHIND TGE SCENES. Y’all woyokd be blabbing it out regardless Stop it
This is your weakest take of all time.
Trevor you are scrambling all over the place with your tales. Every variable you mentioned adds up to hard to make a deal without giving up 2 first. Lakers won they are desperate Lakers lose they are desperate Russell plays great they are desperate Russell plays terrible they are desperate You throwing a lot of irons in the fire to cover bases
How are the Warriors keeping all their great players? They've got the same team that they had a decade ago. Management is where the blame always lands, rightfully so I might add
THE LAKERS NEED TO TRADE LEBRON.
If Steve Ballmer owned the Lakers would he be making moves to bolster this Lakers team?
Kendrick Nunn and a couple 2nd rd picks for PJ Washington would help. Small trade for some height who can hit the 3.
Lakers should go all in for OG Anunoby. Pat Bev, Lonnie ( for salary), Max Christie, 1 unprotected, 1 protected
Yes, we really need more pieces to boost our chance for playoffs specially now that 4 of our usual first 5 are down. But I like the "next man ip" mentality of the active players we have. resulting to straight wins. IMO bout the AD and TB playing together is that TB's emergence started when AD was out. But I really hope they would compliment each other when they have the chance to play together.
I would wait til summer for a big trade, I still want them to trade ad, we gotta think about the future of the franchise.
Lakers won't make a trade to let the 70 mil fall off their books this summer and dodge the repeater tax it's that simple
The media desperately needs a story the Lakers don't desperately need a trade
Period.
They need one or two small moves to make the roster better. If they can get a shooter, a wing defender, and/or another big man to replace Damian Jones we will be set. Would love Bogdanovic from the Pistons, but at the right price
Lakers have the best offensive rating in the last 5 matchs almost 12O and won without any margin. It's not substainable. Dennis will not provide 25 plus on a nightly basis while shooting on 60% from down town. Same with Bryant he way exceeds his actual level. iF don't make a move at the very best you will be a play in tournament team
Get it take the same thing to the same team and see how far we can go until next year then you can do something next year
Anthony Davis back on power forward. And Thomas Bryant Center position
I tell you the BIGGEST and BEST trade the Lakers could make to improve their chances on winning a ring this year. Trade Rob Pelinka for Danny Ainge. Job done. Well, half done 😂🤣😂🤣
No don’t trade Lonnie, he’s skills are way ahead of his pay grade. He’s positive asset
Lakers needs a tall combo forward like Siakam or John Collins to cover Lebron
I think a deal like Nunn + protected first for Reddish is good
Question, if the Los Angeles Lakers give up two first round picks now what will they do next year when LeBron want another trade?
There’s not a really good move to make. The deals that you guys are talking about have players that don’t play very good defense and you will not win a championship without Defense to complement your offense. I like this teams tennis is currently constructed bar injuries to win it all let’s go Lakers!!!
Thomas "Kareem" Bryant should've been the starting 5 since opening night
They should make a trade and trade Legroin hope he asks for one lmao
It's not Bron's fault. Last summer, y'all keep saying he needs to sign that extension to help Lakers with trade negotiations but nothing happened. Now, y'all saying that its Bron's fault again even though he's NOT EVEN SAYING HE WANTS A TRADE. He said its not his job. Come on man stop putting everything on him and start making FO accountable!!
Man starting TB and AD together will be great… AD going back to the position he loves to play…
It’s very simple. When you have LeBron and AD on your team you are to do everything and anything in your power to fully commit to them and make moves EVEN if your future will take a set back. Why? Because what’s the point of having them then? If you really feel like they can’t be a REAL contender than blow it up and stop wasting fans and LeBron and AD’s time. Rob and Jeanie are both lost causes in this side of the business. Lakers had young players like Kuz, Caruso and Zubac that they COULD’VE kept, but they traded them / let them go. So even when they had young players it didn’t go well. What exactly is the plan?! The front office doesn’t even know…
Trade now lakers nation pls need shooter wing dipender and liget center go for it and fired pilenka now as a GM manager
BOJAN CANT GIMYARD NOBODY
The Lakers players are finally understanding their roles and playing with energy and fight. I will not trade anyone. The players I hear most of you suggesting to trade won't add any significant value. Once AD gets back let's see how the team goes and then talk trade if necessary.
Why wouldn't kuzma be starting if he came back to the Lakers
With a serviceable center and point guard, AD and LeBron
NO TRADE! We've been playing great and our team chemistry has been getting better each game – why f that up with a trade?
20:22
Dude, Lonnie Walker is better than Josh Richardson, not to mention 5 years younger.
he pussy out against denver
Lebron doesn’t care about the Lakers future, why would he? After 2023-2024 he will leave to join the team that draft Bronnie. AD will leave too. Lakers will get nothing in return and will owe their 2025,2027 and 2029 picks meaning 2030 is the year the Lakers could START a rebuild. Lebron demanded the Cavs to trade their future away and they said no. Look where they are now. They would just now be starting their rebuild had they listened to Lebron
Lakers were finally winning again and had great chemistry. And like the baby he is Lebron decided to completely destroy that with his threats and then sitting out tonight. Lakers should trade AD and then trade Lebron in the off-season.
Lakers get
Lonzo
Williams
Caruso
2027 and 2029 unprotected first
2028 unprotected swap
Bulls get
AD
By 2027 AD will be finished because of all his injuries. Bulls should be a lottery team for those three years. Lonzo could be huge in getting Lamelo
Lakers get
Robinson
Lowry
2027 pick that can be differed to 2028 if not a top 6 pick.
2030 unprotected pick
2029 unprotected swap
Heat get Lebron and keep Herro (Lakers can find a better player to pay the max)
Lavar wants his sons to play together and Lamelo wants to play with Lonzo. Lavar has said he wants them back at the Lakers too. With Lonzo on the team they can easily convince Lamelo to turn down an extension and join the Lakers as a free agent after his 5th year in the league. Which is just 2 more years after this. Lakers could then spend the next two years trying to find his co-star. They would have the trade assets to make that happen
I think they shoudn't trade any picks. The best ability is availability, but their stars are consistently injuried when the team needs them most. So lakers sell their future for what?
Mark my words if Lakers go after another superstar and use those draft picks for that then they have 0 chance at a championship cuz they won’t have any money for the role players they need to help support the star players
Jeannie is too busy planning her Wedding and Pelinka thinks his job is to sign G Leaguers🤦🏿♂️
GMs know LeBron is going to pressure the front office to make a move. Lakers have 0 leverage when everyone know that.
