  1. "Even if you find a PED that could boost your performance significantly , there would still be a gap between you and Usain Bolt" – easily one of the greatest statements made 😅😅

  2. I believe Kerley will run 9.42s next year. But then again, I also believe Trump will release his healthcare plan in 2 weeks, and that Mexico is gonna pay for that wall…soooo….

  3. It is actually an interesting experiment. The 9.42 and 9.2 are deliberately drumming up interested, so not as insane or delusional as one might first think. He will not break the record, but it makes sense to drum up interest and controversy.

  4. This league is going to provide data against doping bans. Most athletes will not get significant improvements relative to regular track. Only elite athletes who are already speeders 9.76 will get improvements. Kelly will flip the decimals 9.67 being the time. others will struggle to break 9.8. If lyles gets in, then we may get 9.6 low and potentially 9.5 straight if another speedster gets in as competition quality improves.

  5. Does this new league allow crank or steroids!??? Lol. I kinda hope so. It's that time In human existence.. bwahahaha
Unfortunately the Enhanced games events would only be allowed in Portland and Seattle.

  6. 9.58 and 9.63…. he was 22 and 25 when he ran those times. Injury free, fresh and surrounded by healthy competition (Tyson Gay, Asafa, Yohan, Gatlin). Fred is on the other side of 30, inconsistent…. struggling with training, changing coaches, surrounded by legal issues and overall not in a "clean" space (no pun intended, but it fit). Fred is a talent, but without that wind machine Gatlin had in China…Fred is going to be lucky to see 9.8 ever again.

  7. Fred Kerley – a super fast athlete with a faulty/ugly running form. I wonder how fast he can go if his form was improved. And i am not sure he is gonna surpass his own legal PB from these enhanced games etc.

  8. I think it’s silly to count any sprinter out ever tbh. Any one of them could just hit the right stride with the right energy and power on the right day and drop a crazy time. Sometimes it’s about mentality, sometimes it’s about power, sometimes it’s about speed endurance.

  9. I guess with the right tech and substances in 2026 it would be theoretically possible for someone like Kerley to break the world record but it would still require a fully functional brain, which he seems to have lost at some point along the way

  10. It will be quite interesting to learn how well “enhanced” athletes can do. If the new league will go about it scientifically, it will show how effective specific enhancements indeed are.

It might also eventually put World Athletics’ enforcement arm out of business. To me that might be a positive move given how they have bungled so many issues in the past — notably the cases of Oscar “Tink-Tink” Pistorius and Mr. Caster Semenya.
