Pep Guardiola has offered updates on the fitness of Abdukodir Khusanov, Rodri and Erling Haaland ahead of our Carabao Cup clash with Swansea City on Wednesday.

The boss revealed Khusanov, who has missed the last seven games, is set to play a part against the Championship side but says Rodri isn’t quite ready yet despite returning to training at the CFA.

Our influential midfielder, who won the Ballon d’Or a year ago today, has missed the last three games with a muscular issue.

Haaland, meanwhile, looked in some discomfort in our 1-0 defeat at Aston Villa and Guardiola says he’ll be assessed today ahead of afternoon training, although the manager hinted he would be looking to rotate for this latest clash.
