Amorim is not freezing Mainoo out, but the fact is he is not going to get a start ahead of Bruno, that would be nonsensical, Bruno is miles ahead of Mainoo, and he doesn't fit the profile of a player who could do the hard yards on the middle partnering Bruno, so it's Bruno or Mainoo, Bruno the captain, Bruno our best player and saviour for a number of seasons now.. So there is no agenda against Mainoo, he isn't being frozen out, but with no Europe or league cup we have limited games where we can start our strongest 11 possible every game, no need for rotations so it will be hard for Mainoo to get a start at this point of the season, when the FA cup rounds come around he may get to start then, or if Bruno gets injured or needs a rest, but otherwise he is playing backup to Bruno..
Mainoo needs to get minutes 💯
He just needs to keep head down and prove Ruben wrong
