Hansi Flick wins fast—but can his teams sustain it? In this deep-dive we unpack the “Second-Season Syndrome” nobody is talking about: why Flick’s high press + high line blaze in Year 1, then strain in Year 2. We trace the pattern across Bayern, Germany and now Barcelona—fatigue, soft-tissue injuries, opponent adaptations, squad depth, and defensive rotation. No agenda, just football. Solutions? Rotation, medical pacing, tactical tweaks. Do you think Barça will steady the ship? Tell us below 👇

I’ve not watched this video yet, but i can say one thing, the problem is not hansi’s tactics or that they’ve figured it (even though they’ve kinda done that) but rather it’s his players,,
How???, well they’re tired. Barca pressing system requires tremendous amount of stamina and fitness, everything their players did last season has taking a huge toll on them this season, this is what people don’t know and it’s another reason why Barca players are getting injured… a lot of people need to realize that running for 90 minutes is VERY hard, same thing goes for flick as well….
Hopefully, his second season is as good as the first. As a culer, I have my fingers crossed
Thank you for such a priceless and educative video keep it up please
Imagine Flick in a club like Chelsea with a beefed up squad😂
I can see how Ancelloti and Flick are Opposite ideology coach and more impressively both coached a common club
Bayern Munich
