Tuchel clearly has a no dickhead policy. Bellingham and Arnold won't be in the world cup team.
He isn’t fit, hasn’t been playing for his club. That means he shouldn’t be picked. Simple as that, if he gets fit, finds the form he had a couple of years ago then he’ll be in the squad. Just like Foden & Grealish, who to be fair has been playing well for Everton.
