It can’t be overstated how important Berhalter is to this team. He had to pick up the slack in scoring after Gauld went down with injury. I hope he re-signs long term because he’s been this team’s heartbeat this year. Caps MVPs are 1. Berhalter 2. Blackmon 3. Ahmed. If Muller was here a bit longer, he’d probably be #1.
