If this guy stays fit, it will be very difficult for Ben White to start ahead of him, except for the purpose of rotating. Extremely skillful, versatile and brilliant defender. He can easily play at least 4 positions in the team. Beast!

As a Dutch Ajax and Arsenal fan I love Timber, but honestly defensively he should improve positioning wise. We were caught out many many times on the right hand side with Saka dropping deeper than Timber? Sorry but attacking wise he deserves all the praise but as a defender Ben White is clear

Wrong, he is the best RB in world football. Yes he can still improve in an attack pov but from a defensive pov he is the best without question. His athleticism, strength, low centre of gravity and speed over short and long distances matched with his reading of players and decision making make him so hard to go past.
I really cant think of anyone in the last 12 months better than him. Hakimi? Behave! Hakimi cant defend to save his life.

The fact he came off an ACL and is somehow so consistent and doesn’t get injured all the time is amazing. Especially given the quality of his play. The fact he was originally gonna play on the left is so weird to think about cause now I can’t imagine the backing without him on the right and Calafori on the left
It says a lot about arsenal's squad depth when players like odegard, Ben white, MLS, mosquera, nwanari and madueke are #2 in the squad.
