I've been saying for weeks he wouldn't.
Although he started the first couple of PL weeks, playing very organised and solid, the manner he lost the Super Cup due to silly subbing in the last 10mins, was a serious red flag.
N/B – Spurs also had the level of players to beat these 2 lost PL games. No excuses.
If you keep heavily rotating players/positions against every team, but you are poor in selection & subbing, then its going to be a long, long ride.
He almost lost 2 home games, in first 6 PL games.
