  1. Best option for Sterling, if he wants to play football, is to work out a deal with Chelsea to end his contract, and then take a pay cut to play somewhere like the MLS. That is his level right now.

  2. Getting paid over 300 grand a week just to keep yourself fit would be heaven for many young men. Mind you if Maresca continues to turgid tactics and results don't improve Sterling may still be around to impress the new man when Chelsea appoint a true PL standard manager.

  3. Sterling aside, why would anyone want to sign for Chelsea and likely train by themselves in 18 months when a new manager walks through the door?

  4. Everyone seems to forget that sterling started games during preseason for Maresca; hence he was dropped in the first game of the season; his agent released a statement……. That was the end for him.. he brought is upon himself

  5. There's a story out in the Celtic news that Rodgers is interested in Sterling on loan. No thanks. Can't stand the guy and we're enough of a makeshift patchwork quilt as it is.

  6. No person is gonna walk away from a 300k a week contract n go play somewhere else for a quarter of that
Best option ask player to give up half of what’s remaining by a lump sum n cancel rest of it
But sterling was a young star n career is just petering out now he prob not fussed

  7. It's painful listening to Talksport when they're in a Chelsea bashing mood.
Renato Viega was sold to Villa Real, David Datro Fofana (do they think it's Wesley?) is on a season long loan at a Turkish club, Axel Disasi was on loan at Villa who didn't want to make the move permanent. He's since had opportunities to join several PL clubs either on loan or a permanent move. Is he waiting for PSG or Madrid. 😂

  8. Wouldn’t it be nice if these elite players at the end of their careers went b@ck to their original clubs that gave them their chance,Stirling at QPR would be honourable end to his career

  9. This goes both ways. Teams treat players like trash when managers don’t believe in them but when the players know what they worth and want to leave; people talk about being under contract. Better leave when the ovation is the loudest

  10. Simon bawbag Jordan never used to bother me but recently he’s coming across like he’s better than people he’s talking about , he’s actually a bit of a twat

  11. Many a folk go for an evening run/go to the gym. Sterling isn’t training at midnight! No sympathy, he’s paid a king’s ransom, either perform for Chelsea, or leave and negotiate a reduction in his overinflated wages. He’s hardly on a zero hours contract!

  12. These are the same people hammering Isak!!! It drives me mad… Chelsea don’t want him so they are doing all they can to force him out of the club!! Can’t play, can’t train with the first team… all sounds very familiar to Isak?!?… but it was his choice and not the clubs… hypocrites!!!
