Players fail to understand how these stats work. These stat category are broken down into more stats; Physical isnt just strength, its jumping, stamina and aggression too. Passing isnt just short passing, its vision, long passing and free kick accuracy too. And shooting is based on how many goals a player is scoring in their career. You can't justify giving Rashford or Madueke the same shooting as Salah for example when they score half the goals.

this is the problem with pace in this game, its too extreme, cant be having players with 98 pace and others with 33, just make everyone between 85-55, those are the two extremes and everyone basically sits between 80-60 except for the really fast and really slow guys
