Trent Alexander-Arnold has been dropped from the England squad just days after losing his place in the Real Madrid team, but there is a recall for Barcelona’s Marcus Rashford for the World Cup qualifiers against Andorra and Serbia. Kyle Walker, Conor Gallagher and Ivan Toney are among other high profile names to miss out after being involved in the June camp, when England underwhelmed with a 1-0 win away to Andorra before suffering a shock loss at home to Senegal.

Trent is not just a good player.
He is the kind of player who can force the opponent teams strategy to adapt to his presence and long-range pinpoint passes.
Nowadays, liverpools opponents know most of the attacks will come from the middle……they start suffocating Liverpool in its own half of the field because they are no longer afraid of crosses…..that's why Liverpools middle and defense is getting more pressure lately.
I'm very upset because he leaves us ….but I will never forget what he did and is capable of.

It's well known that Tuchel is a big fan of Rashford, so even if his spell at Barca continues to go as badly as it's started, you can be sure that he'll be in the squad for the World Cup.
In case people can't remember how Rashford did in the two games he's played under Tuchel so far, let me remind you that he got 4/10 against Albania and this is what was said about him after the game against Latvia:
"Rashford saw a lot of the ball and played plenty of simple sideways passes but ultimately failed to deliver enough good crosses and dangerous passes." "
"He also hit the worst shot ever seen at Wembley!"
"His embarrassing shank would've gone out for a throw if it hadn't hit Morgan Rogers!"
