  1. I love Muller and I love the Caps, there was NOTHING to celebrate here today, that was a sham victory! An absolute rubbish call from the ref, I'm disappointed.

  2. Schee was 😂😂😂😜 Bravo Thomas, weiterhin viel Erfolg in Vancouver 🍀⚽🍀⚽🍀 Lâuft ja prima 👌🏼💪👍 Greetings from Germany ❤😎🙃🤘Tanja & Frank

    Herzlichst

  4. Loved the offensive pressing that Müller coordinated yesterday like he always did at Bayern, it was creating several build up mistakes by St Louis. Also loved the intensity and aggression of the whole team, great athletes. What I didnt like was the time the players need to make a descision. They have the ball on their feet for too long after receiving a pass. They stop the ball, touch it again, look around and then maybe play. Almost no one-touch football. Also the last passes were not precise enough and too many chances missed. Müller is someone who likes to play and receive balls in the back of the defenders when they are running towards the goal. Therefore there were some misunderstandings. I think with a little more practises and games together they will work that out and create more and better chances.

  5. German Q&A translation:
Q: How did it feel after so many years wearing red/white jerseys to suddenly wear blue/white and score a goal in it. A: Let’s say white/blue, because those are the colours of „the fatherland Bavaria" laughs (state in Germany where Munich is in). On all his social media accounts, the red is gone, of course it feels a bit weird, and it would be weird if it wouldn’t feel that way. Played his entire life in red/white, but things change. From the beginning he had the feeling this (White Caps) is a special place, you can feel the hunger for victory and the situation is there, that the team can accomplish something extraordinary – also for the city. He wants to help and contribute to keep the fire burning, for soccer. It was fun to play today and he believes everyone at the stadium had fun, so it’s worth showing up to the games. Players are having fun playing in front of a full house. It’s important to build a momentum so fans want to show up. Also the canadian championship… they want to perform well. And it’s amazing for him to join the club at this stage where important games are coming up. Q: Is Manuel Neuer going to come visit you. A: laughs he called me today, while driving back from a friendly game against fans. Not sure if he’s gonna come visit, but Thomas will go to Munich in a week anyway. He’s still in contact with a few of his former team mates. The friendly game ended 6-0 for Bayern, so he felt the need to also perform well 😉 They were making fun, that it’s the second game and no goal yet. Therefore he was happy score the goal. Q: Difference between MLS stadiums and stadiums in Germany. A: It’s amazing so far because the stadium was quite full and the atmosphere was great. He heard until now it wasn’t always sold out, but he and the team want to make sure people are gonna be showing up more. Fan culture of course is slightly different, because german Bundesliga has been around way longer (60-70 years). Fans seem to be enthusiastic.. singing songs. Nice.

  6. Its refreshing to listen to an interview that the interviewee doesn't at all say "you know….." Nor answer with cliches and actually puts thought into his comments and speaks what he truly believes. Specifically that it is not enough to dominate a game and still allow the other team in it. He wouldn't name specifics but Brian White's miss from 6 yards out….Berhalter passing from 8 yards out in out of cracking it…..Nelson, Sabbi and a couple others with inexcusable misses…..I could miss like that and be paid a hell of a lot less money to do so…..

And I love his sense of humour.

  7. In Germany, He speaks double as fast…😆
No, Just kidding …ITS interesting to See from my German perspective..how the Canadians are playing. Watch both matches..so, Müller also Made the Whitecaps a bit more international.
Greetings from Germany. Thomas mach weiter so!

  8. A soccer team is like a machine. It takes a little adjusting and tuning. It will take a few games for Muller and the Whitecaps to blend. It will happen – it was already happening! Appreciate your positivity, Thomas.

  9. Also warum der Müller sagt, er müsse noch besser Englisch lernen, kann ich nicht verstehen! Bin muttersprachler und ja, es ist nicht grammatikalisch 100% aber absolut verständlich (grammatisch und auch kontextual)!

  10. This is nothing new; the media reported on it in May 2025. Is Jesse Marsch courting Vancouver Whitecaps defender Tristan Blackmon to play for the Canadian National Team?
