Facundo Pellistri | Uruguay Striker Skills
Facundo Pellistri Rebollo (Spanish. Facundo Pellistri Rebollo; born May 22, 2001, Montevideo) is a Uruguayan footballer, winger of the English club Manchester United. He currently plays for the Spanish club Alaves on loan.
Pellistri began his football career with the youth teams La Picada and River Plate Montevideo. In 2018 he became a Peñarol player. On August 11, 2019, he made his debut in the main squad of Peñarol in the Uruguay Examples match against Defensor Sporting. On 6 November 2019 he scored his first goal for the club in the match against Cerro.
In December 2019, he signed a new contract with Peñarol until 2022.
On October 5, 2020, he transferred to the English club Manchester United for 9 million pounds, having signed a five-year contract.
On January 31, 2021, he went on loan to the Spanish club Alaves until the end of the 2020/21 season.
