  1. Soccer is still too new in the US and some players have always matured at different rates. In addition, the academies are still new and there aren't as many as in Europe. The college draft will still matter for years, as it's another good way to see yet more players.

  2. beg to differ, servant leadership don't get you nowhere as a player. look at rashford, since he went out to make sandwiches for kids his game is gone, can't even get a first touch right, refuse to work hard like he was before his off the field exploits. believed in his own hype as a "hero" was booed just now at Old Trafford against villa, his work rate has been embarrassing. focus on your job, and after that you can be a drogba, an Eto'o, George weah after your career is over.
