You can tell who understands football by asking them what Grealish's contributions were during City's treble season. If they say he's a flop or he didn't do anything influential they are not to be trusted. Without Grealish they don't win the treble that season, and this is a FACT.
This kind of performance isnt worth 100m, i hate money laundering and the transfer market so much, and also guardiolas way of playing, all 3 combined destroy creative attacking midfielders careers.
