i wanted to respond to carlo regarding the video about sancho being an option for juventus. if i remember correctly, carlo stated sancho was a wide player while juventus was looking to play a 3421.
dortmund has also played a 3421 under favre, WITH SANCHO, to lots of success. An example of such a success was beating PSG in the first leg round of 16. Sancho was an inside forward alongside Thorgan Hazard with haaland up front. the wingbacks were guerreiro and hakimi. this system was not just used in UCL but also successfully used in the bundesliga with sancho. to say he is incompatible with this system is not entirely correct. unless, carlo, you suggest that tudor's 3421 is very much different from favre's tactical setup when he used the same system?
