Xhaka has completely turned me around these last 18 months. There have been bumps in that time but he has to be in that time one of our best players. I would look to extend his contract by another year or two. If he carries on the way he is going along with the squad, we can put in a serious challenge for the league. If we keep going, 3rd should be the least of our expectations. Keep this team together and over the next 3 windows, improve the quality with the right signings and we can mount a serious challenge. I would be weary about Peaking too soon so 1 game at a time until then
