Otávio Edmilson da Silva Monteiro (port.-Brazil. Otávio Edmilson da Silva Monteiro; born February 9, 1995 in João Pessoa, Brazil) is a Portuguese and Brazilian footballer, midfielder for the Porto club and the Portugal national team.

Otavio is a graduate of the Internacional club. On July 15, 2012, in a match against Santos, he made his debut in the Brazilian Serie A. On June 8, 2013, in a duel against Cruzeiro, Otavio scored his first goal for Internacional. With the team, he won the Gausha League twice. In the summer of 2014, he moved to the Portuguese Porto. To get playing practice, Otavio was transferred to the backup team. On September 17, in a match against Oriental, he made his debut in the Segunda League.

In early 2015, Otavio moved on loan to Vitoria Guimarães. On February 8, in a match against Belenenses, he made his debut in the Sangrish League. On May 23, in a duel against Academics, Otavio scored his first goal for Vitoria.

In the summer of 2016, after the end of the loan, he returned to Porto. On August 12, in a match against Rio Ave, Otavio made his debut for the Dragons. On September 14, in a Champions League match against Danish Copenhagen, he scored his first goal for Porto. In 2018, Otavio helped the club win the championship. On November 6, in the Champions League match against Lokomotiv Moscow, he scored a goal.
