1. Araujo has no choice but to perform at his top this season. All these youngsters are out shining him.
2. Dani Olmo is a star. When he is on the field, he is dangerous. The competition is great, but to have backups for him is amazing. I would rotate that #10 role every game and have fresh legs causing trouble for the opposition.
3. Ter Stegen needs to leave. So many players can be Captain. Cubarsi, Kounde, Christensen, Gavi, Lewi, Eric Garcia, Ferran.

I was MATS biggest defender until that Monaco game, I thought he would own up to his mistake after the game but he didn’t and was shifting the blame to Eric Garcia. I was so annoyed with that because firstly it was you teammate that got sent off for your mistake and as a captain at least you couldn’t even own up to your own mistake. That was when I realized he was just a selfish self centered person.
Ter Stegen now should not be allowed to sign when he wants to return. Keep that signature out indefinitely.
If hansi flick didn’t have the offside system trap , Ronald araujo is far our best central back, nobody can’t argue with that. Araujo was not born to play with offside trap , this man destroys strikers and wingers , when nobody could mark Vinicius he did stop vini easily
I m ranking Araujo as number 3. In the example you gave, if I had to chose n°3 for a champions league game, I m gonna go for Araujo, though, he made massive mistakes vs psg and inter Milan. He is still experienced and a solid CB. I m saying he could be a good option as a sale, because he isn't young. And he kinda stalled in his progression for last 2 years, and because of the ffP. If you need to sacrifice someone I would pick Araujo, doesn't me he is bad CB or something.

Sorry for the rant lol. Declaimer I would prefer Ter Stegen leaves the club. Ter Stegen isn’t responsible for any moves the club make in terms of signing or registering players. He doesn’t have to sign that document because if he is a Barca player he’s entitled to fight for his spot. The club pay him a salary to provide a service whether the service is good or not depends on the player. If a company wants you out they pay you off and fire you. This club needs to get their books in order before signing or doing anything. Don’t hang your hat where you can’t reach it and then expect others to bail you out.
