City should Buy Paqueta it's a no brainer! If we were going to buy him and pay £85M only 2 Seasons ago .. Then he is now a huge bargain at only £35m to £40m! Sometimes you have to buy the best players when they become available and not always when it suits you. This player has been sat for 2 YEARS in limbo with his football.. Believe me if City get him he will tear up the Premier League next season. I agree it's a headache with home grown rules but we will sort it out.. BUY LUCAS PAQUETA !!!!
