      For those whose want to justify this.
      1. Costa was a revelation in the Portuguese league and barely cut it at Juve, so imagine the one who struggled in the Portuguese league.
      2. If a club like Porto offers a player plus money for your player, you are not getting a good player. That much should be common sense.

      People are being unbelievably harsh here. As a Porto fan, João Mário is far better than Costa. Believe me! The Porto team he played with last season is the worst Porto team in modern history. That link up between Chico & Mário from the days of Porto IS going to be LETHAL! Trust that. As a right back, Mário is a very technical, has an excellent defensive work rate, is a brilliant dribbler & a goalscorer. This video doesn't show the full extent. He NEEDS to be a starter! This isn't even close to a loss for Juventus. I'm telling you from experience. 🙏🏼🇵🇹💙🤍

      devo dire che mi sorprende che il PORTO abbia chiesto e ottenuto questo scambio ….. tra COSTA e JOAO MARIO che non conoscevo ma nemmeno COSTA ….. c'è una notevole differenza COSTA si è bravino si era ambientato subito e sembrava poter essere un titolare ma JOAO MARIO da quello che vedo ha sicurezza è padrone del ruolo nessun timore è deciso sia dietro che avanti un giocatore fatto e soprattutto stoppa la palla e si lancia senza incertezze mentre COSTA ha il difetto tipico dei cavalloni che prima di coordinarsi nella corsa perdono del tempo….JOAO MARIO no…..ma a quanto ci avevano venduto ALEX SANDRO ? oltre 30 mil. mi pare….allora è un colpaccio e sono sorpreso…..

      Joao Mario is a very good player, fast, a good crosser and a great finisher in the final third of the field. With Juventus' tactical system, he will explode in Italy.

      Should have kept Alberto Costa and buy Joao Mario too, we need wingers and can’t rely only on one good player! We all could see the potential Costa has!

      Speriamo bene. A me Costa non è mai piaciuto, magari tra qualche anno sarà un altro giocatore ma al momento non dava assolutamente garanzie. Durante il Mondiale appena abbiamo affrontato squadre che pressavano lui è andato in grossissima crisi, tecnica e di scelte. Quindi di certo non ci abbiamo perso.

      Many people that is with doubts will be very surprised because Joao Mario is actually an excellent player. This last season it’s true that he drop a bit in terms of performance but to be honest all Porto team was playing awful… so obviously he also felt that. But im telling you as a Porto fan that when he is motivated he is a very good player. Excelente in the attack and still good at defending. His positive sides are without a doubt his tecnical features, ball control, speed with the ball, great at passing and crossing and also know how to score goals. I think you will dont feel disappointed because i trully believe that what he needed was a new challenge in his career… and he have it now.

      Honestly, have you ever seen Porto sell a good player for less than 30/40 million? I can’t think of any memory. So do the math.

      Sinceramente, avete mai visto il Porto vendere un giocatore buono per meno di 30/40 milioni? A memoria non me ne viene in mente nessuno. Quindi fate due conti.

      i dont want to judge joao marino bcs i never see him playing so i want to see first but i still dont like the swap deal bcs costa is more proofen with juve
