The reason is they develop at the famous Ajax academy or play in Holland.
Spurs should start a partnership with Ajax instead of Real Madrid.
Pretty much everything he's saying about Belgium could be said about Spurs as well.
For our integrity's sake, I hope we don't. We will be what Real Madrid was to us to Ajax. But I really wished we had loaned Carroll to Ajax instead of QPR. He would have developed much better.

I think Ajax are far to big and proud to be a feeder team to anyone. Besides if they were offering to be a feeder team every single club in Europe would be trying to get in on that partnership.
Nope. Look at us and Swindon. We loan them our most exciting and best young players, and overall it's a win win situation. Swindon are performing amazing and our young players are gaining experience. At Madrid, no one is gaining anything.
