    What about the 1990 World Cup quarter-final against Yugoslavia in Italy?
    – I haven’t forgotten it. I admire your style of football and that particular game was an incredible one. I was upset when Ivkovic saved my penalty, but luckily we went through to the semis. From that generation of Yugoslavian players I remember Dragan “Piksi” Stojkovic and I often ask how he and Dejan are doing. Piksi was an incredible footballer — moved across the park with such ease — it was like dancing with the most beautiful girl. He was a true star.

      Great video! I remember when the Japanese team he played for came to Sydney, Australia for a friendly against Sydney Olympic at St George stadium. I have to say, he was one of the best players Iv ever seen live! Absolute magic.

      Yougou, we're unlucky between 80-90 & worst thing is corrupted fifa anti balkan and any thing to do with ex soviet union regime , because technically yougouslavia with this golden generation at least should win European trophy, or world cup final .

      The poor amount of goals and Argentina reaching the finals playing horribly and with extreme defensive tactics was the final tipping point to make the game more dynamic. 3 points for winners and forbidding keepers to pick up the Ball from a teamate came after this fiasco

      I remember this game.. Piksi outshines Maradona.. the Yugoslavs should have scores at least 3 goals, I wonder if they missed on purpose?? that player susuic stops the ball on goal line before taking a shot!?!?! time for the defender to clear it..that was on purpose to avoid scoring. If Yugoslav win this game they paly ITALIA in the semis.. and either of those teams beats Germany in the Final, even with the great Matthaus.

      0:00 Robert Prosinecki was also a playmaker, including when he played at Real Madrid. But as long as Stojkovic was in the field, he had to let the master play the ball.

      Argentina svetski prvak a Juga igra sa 10 . A vezni red Susic, Robi i Piksijada, lome kicmu pa ne zna se ko vise. Steta sto nismo prosli na penale, mislim da bismo pregazili Italiju u polufinalu kao plitak potok.

      СМОТРЕЛ ИГРУ В 90М ..ЮГОСЛАВИЯ БЫЛА НА МНОГО ЛУЧШЕ. АРГЕНТИНА ВЕСЬ ЧЕМПИОНАТ ИГРАЛО СКУЧНЫЙ ОТ ОБОРОНЫ ФУТБОЛ. НЕ СМОТРЯ ЧТО МАРАДОНА МОЙ КУМИР..НО АРГЕНТИНА НЕ ЗАСЛУЖИВАЛО ФИНАЛА.НО ВЕЛИКИЙ МАРАДОНА ПРОТАЩИЛ СО СКРИПОМ АРГЕНТИНУ В ФИНАЛ.

      neznam tacno , ali nad piksijem su argentinski igraci napravili 4 ili 5 zutih kartona i secam se komentara da su se rotirali da ne bi neko dobio drugi zuti.. i otisao na tusiranje.. Piksi jedna od poslednjih pravih desetki svetskog fudbala..
