People that talk all that NONSENSE about a "close" balon d'or race simply don't watch football. He is such a HUGE weapon for the team because the orther teams can't build up from the back because everybody is intimidated by his pressing. That was such a huge factor in the Liverpool and Inter games.

People saying he had low iq clearly did not watch him at BvB. His problem was concentrating which made him look like an idiot. The passes had zero care, the first touch was horrible and he sometimes looked uncoordinated. He has always been one of the best passers in every team he was on.
His evolution has to be shown to young attackers,went from an erratic guy who can dribble a bit on his day and who is just on the pitch to enjoy to a guy who is now playing to maximise his capacities and who developped winning mentality
