MLS needs to double down on developing and exporting talent. We should be seeing teenagers getting transfered to top 5 leagues every window.
MLS owner need to make their league as a young talented development league and send them on loan when they thought they are ready and make all the profit themselves.
Hopefully the US can make some really good soccer players ⚽
Usually we buy players with a specific role within our system in mind, Alidou came out of the 2nd division and has already played Champions League for us. We will take good care of him, 2 years max and he will be a machine ✌
so he's gonna be in EPL flopping in a bit
What has he done for the Union?
It may be speculative investment and bet that's probably decent investment.
The smartest thing that should be in everyone's mind currently should be investing in different income streams that don't depend on the government. Especially with the current economic crisis.
Probably won’t get playing time. Maybe play for the u19s or the second team?
Can you imagine the US having a midfield 3 of Paxten, Brenden, and Adams? They'd cover 30 miles between the 3 of them and the other team couldn't even dream of winning the second ball.
