I think the Ajax move would have been good for him.
I think its important to give creative players confidence to express themselves.
Fear that you will be dropped if you play badly one game, is not the best situation for a creative player to operate in.
Continuity can help a team, especially at the back.
I understand rotation in some more attacking areas but a consistent back 4 and spine is important imo.
Gerrard is rotating more than is helpful imo.
However, if players are not giving him what hes asking for, then he has to do what he thinks is right.
No player has a divine right to play.
All Bailey can do, is play well, when called and make it impossible for the coach to leave him out.
Hes had some ok performances. Has to just keep going and keep pushing.
Sounds to me like he's criticizing him just really questioning him, because he knows the special abilities and potential of this player

Gerrard don't rate Bailey point blank and period..A player knows when a manager dnt rate him…Best thing can that can happen for Bailey is for Gerrard to get sack…his confidence is slowly being shed to pieces…
If Leon was Brazilian he’d be starting for at least Chelsea .. if he was a British citizen like Raheem he’d get more respect . Bailey is a world class talent but he need room to do his thing and a coach who is confident in Him
