Manchester United target Pau Torres moving to the Premier League this summer is a β€œserious possibility”, says transfer guru Fabrizio Romano. The Villarreal defender continues to be linked to clubs in England, and Romano can see something materialising this window. Earlier this month, the Daily Mail reported that Tottenham are exploring a part-exchange deal for Torres that would see Giovani Lo Celso move to Villarreal permanently. The 26-year-old spent the second half of last season out on loan at the Estadio de la Ceramica and played regularly under Unai Emery, so the above is something that may appeal to the Spanish club. However, according to the same Daily Mail report, United and Chelsea have also shown an interest in Torres, which could complicate things for Tottenham. Romano has told GIVEMESPORT that Torres moving to the Premier League is a possibility, but United are still considering all of their options right now. United supporters will point to how dire their defence was last season, with the Red Devils conceding 58 goals in English football’s top division.
