I think the average wage is around 90k p/w at Newcastle, not sure Rashford is at the level that you'd completely scrap that system. However, I do think Eddie would be the manager to get the best out of him, you can't be slacking under his watch!
No one will give Rashford £350k a week. So what you're saying is he will go on loan to Newcastle next season. When Rashford, Sancho, Casemiro, Antony and Garnacho have the audacity to report back to the club for preseason training Amorim needs them all in 16 hours a day, cleaning the toilets and doing various repairsbaround the stadium. They'd soon lower their wages and leave instead of just going on these cushy one season loan. These contracts werent just given to them, the player and their agents were also responsible for this. Clubs put so much time and effort into getting players these players and agents hold all the power at the negotiating table, especially upping their demands at the 12th hour knowing they have the buying club held over a barrel as theycan jeopardise all the work the buying club have invested over the preceding 6-12 months. I guarantee you the agents and the aforementioned players all did this, so stop making out the club just gave them these contracts. If that were true there would be no need for a player to have an agent.
Newcastle have a very strict wage structure, no way they would break it for Rashford of all players.
If Trashford wants a move to any club, he is going to have to take a massive wage cut. If not, he is finished as a footballer. He will never be allowed back to United, and quite rightly so. He has 2 options, take a wage cut to less than £100 k a week or sit at home in his mansion on over £300 k a week. The choice he makes will show whether he is a decent human being, or a low life freeloader !!!! Now we all know which one his mate Sancho is !!!!!

If there was a player Newcastle would get for free transfer and acceptable wages, it still wouldn't be Rashford. Not Eddie's type of player by a long shot.

Newcastle will not have a loan player in the dressing room bringing in more wages than the contracted players (regardless of even if his club pay 50%) just will not work. Player wise he would be a good loan but again it just isn't a suitable scenario.

Lets take aside his wages are ridiculous and we wouldn’t likely even loan him on that basis. He only likes to play on the left which we have Gordon and Barnes. He gets salty when he plays anywhere else, so when these presenters put forward the squad depth argument, they expose that they probably haven’t given it any considerable thought.

Rashford hasn't got a chance of going to NUFC unless he falls within the current wage structure, and let's be honest, he's nowhere near our top earners. Howe won't bring him in just to sit on the bench and cause mayhem
