  1. always a charm to play with spain in a final, its like the brothers fighting for a title.
glad portugal won this one. Spain was a beast the entire match.

  2. 4 Portugese defenders including Menes against on 17 years old Yamal. And no defender against Rolnado. Medes is not a star and feared. He can boast for one day. Winned cuz of penalities.

  3. Playing João Neves as right back is a waste. Why did he put a guy that is a midfielder and as a great connection with Vitinha as right back? Makes no sense. For example when you explained how the second Spanish goal comes from Vitinha doing a run forward, Portugal loses the ball and then the rear is completely exposed – this is why you play João Neves as a defensive midfielder. He's there so Vitinha feels safe behind. They support each other while defending, but when attacking, Vitinha can be creative and run forward because he has João Neves behind to cover if he loses the ball.

There's a reason PSG won so much this season and it's very stupid not using this same configuration in the Portugal national team.

  4. Nobody before? Im a Benfica fan and this season in 3 games he only in the last one he did something. The game that Carreras was not there, yellow card acumulation… Carreras shut him down the first 2 games. So, no, not the frist time this season.

  5. I think that wing-back for Benfica (he's Spanish), kind of locked down Yamal also. Just also to say… People shouldn't knock Yamal he is after all only still 17 and had so much of an impact already….

  6. loved the video but you could try to show us the actualy move on video when you talk about it and then pause it where you want to point something, but letting us see the dribles, the passes, the 1-2 while you speak about it would be an awesome improve I would say. Keep it up!

  7. Cut the nonsense. Yamal was tired that match. He is only 17, had a long season and played a very physically demanding match against France. He didn't get enough time to recuperate for the final. You can also see it in this match that he didn't run the same way as against France. Lets see how Mendes plays against him when Yamal is fit.
