      I think Xavi is the biggest difference in this Club. He is not a business guy he still is a young ex-player. Unlike many other ex-players he is a good speaker in Spanish, Catalan and English. He seems confident but not arrogant and he respects his rivals. Most players rather have an honest ex-players/coach that goes straight to the point instead of a someone who is going to act like a politician promising them the moon.

      Is Trump around here somewhere, maybe? Why do people start talking like him? The only thing Xavi has done so far is buying a lot of new players, trying to get rid of some of the better players in the squad, while keeping players like Piqué, Busquets, Alba and Roberto…He's done about just as good as Koeman did so far and he does have money to spend, go figure.
