  1. I’m a City fan, and I’ll always defend my players even if they play the worst games of there lives, but I’ll give you my two cents about Walker realistically.

First of all, I know the last thing you need in your club are mistakes in which Walker has been known for this past year or so, and it’s no secret that he was one of our weakest players last season. Then again, he did make crucial mistakes in the last several years, it’s just that the season that we have really exposed him a lot, especially when our fullbacks have to be on the high line for almost the entire game. Especially when he gets older, it gets harder for him to track back with his pace compared to his early years at City.

However, I still think he still has a decent shot going into a new environment with a club with different goals and standards that he still has quality on to win games. He’s a veteran on the game, and while he’s not the same player anymore, there’s some qualities that he can still put out when you maximize it. Another important thing is tactics and Moyes in which Everton doesn’t play like City nor Milan, so I do believe in some case that it can work when needed. He’s barely injured also, so availability won’t be an issue.

  2. Both probably are free transfers. However, doubt their weekly wages is low as do not think will be sub £60K weekly.
Believed Moyes plans to spend his transfer budget on Midfields, Wingers n esp Strikers.

  3. I still think walker has more pace then what we have he can get forward and back and has the experience if its a loan then ill happily take him

  4. Manchester City defender Kyle Walker has agreed to join Everton on a one-year deal, with the two clubs thrashing out whether it is a permanent move or a 12-month loan.

  5. I’m honestly split down the middle because I’ve never intentionally watched Walker play beyond YouTube highlights so I’m just going to have to trust Moyes on this one. 1 year for stability while we rebalance and just have a no worry season away from relegation, can’t complain.

  6. Does kyle walker make us better yes he does sign him up,he would also make a good mentor for the young CBs with tonnes of silverware and experience at the highest level as long as we dont pay a hige fee and alot of wages lets do it

  7. So disappointed we are looking at old players and injury prone players it will be like o a p s club soon same old shit new owners with money no new players I give up .

  8. If these links are true then our club have learnt nothing going after players well in to their 30s on massive wages… Everyone holds up Brighton, Bournemouth and Brentford as the way Everton should be run but we are linked in the main with players well in to their 30s, those clubs just wouldn`t do that? Which shows we will never be like them and paying big money for deminishing returns will ensure we will be always close to PSR limit which limits the money we could spend on actual good players!
