Arsenal already have 2 Left Footed CBs in Big Gabi and Kiwior, plus there's Calafiori who can play as LB and CB.
Arsenal's priority should be upgrades in CF and LW positions first, before other positions like defence and gk.

This guy is good enough to be a world class Defensive Midfielder under the right circumstances. He can unleash amazing pass with either feet unlike Partey who relies heavily on his right foot and thus focus on the right side (Saka) more which makes Arsenal predictable and less dangerous.
