  1. There's something fundamentally wrong at coaching level in the England setup.

For decades, regardless of players and regardless of coach we are stale, slow, predictable and boring.

    We play in fear.

  2. We all criticised Southgate for his tactics, and his team selection, but he got the players wanting to play for the shirt, which had been lacking for some time. Weโ€™ve gone backwards to the bad old days. Kane will always give 100%, but heโ€™s in the minority. We need to get rid of Tuchel, but Iโ€™ve no idea who could replace him. Iโ€™ve always believed in an Englishman for the England team.

  3. some tigtokid really said he needs time, kiddo, this is national team, nobody gets time to applied their "philosophy" because players will return to their club and played most of their football there, every manager only have 2-3 matches before major tournament ๐Ÿ˜‚

  4. Really not impressed by Tuchel's selections. If he absolutely had to try out Connor Gallagher, why not play him on Saturday alongside Bellingham and play Cole Palmer alongside Rice tonight? Playing to CAMs together who have proven prior to this they don't work well together when both are in the CAM role seems daft, and playing a disruptor like Gallagher alongside Rice is a bit strange.

Why he didn't start with MGW at his home ground of the City Ground seems bizarre, especially as we looked a much more attacking side when he was on the pitch. And I don't like Toney much but if you are going to bring him over from Saudi for these games then you probably ought to give him more than three minutes.

All in all, after the Southgate era which was full of improvement and with a lot of hope still for the future, this Tuchel start has taken me back to a couple of decades to the rather dull and insipid football delivered by the so called 'Golden' generation.

Btw, well done Senegal who played really well and it was great to see Niakhate playing well on his return to the City Ground.

  5. African teams tend to be pretty physical. I think the Physicality and speed overwhelmed England. It looked like one team wanted it more, to be honest.

  6. you know what i h8 the tuchel glaze southgate gets to two finals and he's trash carsley messes up one game and he's trash tuchel consistentley blaming like doodoo and it's give him time

  7. Starting with Kyle Walker instead of Trent-Alexander Arnold?

Starting with Conor Gallagher instead of Cole Palmer?

Brining in Ivan Toney for (3 minutes only) when you need goals?

Leaving on Harry Kane for the majority of the game when heโ€™s known for not pressing from the front and not putting pressure on the opposition to win the bull back!

Including (Jordan Henderson) in the squad instead of the likes of (Tyrique George or Harvey Barnes or Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall)?

And Thomas Tuchel thinks he can take England all the way to winning the World Cup??

  8. English players just don't care enough about the national team. There is such a miserable negative atmosphere surounding the team that everbody is constantly underperforming.
It seems like a very undesirable duty. I don't believe a word of the players who say it's an honor or that it's a great privilege and joy to play for England.
You never see this attitude on the pitch, just a bunch of content millionaires kicking the ball like it's a hobby.

  9. Nicolas whatโ€™s are saying mate the last european team we beat was Poland 2-1 at WC2018 bro is saying that have been 25 years ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ณ

  10. It's a shame to celebrate the victory of a friendly match as if it were a World Cup final. As Africans, they are shameful. I point out to you that England is not even France or Spain.

  11. Jamie Carragher ask your 3 cats that you dubbed 3 lions they will tell you the truth if AFCON is really a little tournament ๐Ÿ˜‚ !

  12. Tuchel will be like the rest of England manager, sacked before the World Cup for not playing Pickford. Such an egoistic manager wonโ€™t go far like his club managing, he won nothing

  13. It was handball. His hand redirect the ball that lead to a goal. Keep looking for excuses. You will never win a cup that way. Accept your shortcomings and work of them to get better
