      I wouldnt say rejected when there wasnt an official bid and ten hag kept stressing he wanted a ST not a winger shoehorned into the 9 (like rashford).
      Also it seemed like united didnt even have any cash to spend in january because of the glazers.

      i just can’t understand why it takes united so long so sign people, it’s either they don’t offer the money or the player isn’t convinced. I have a feeling clubs know they’ll pay stupid money so they take the piss asking for more and more money to get the max they can

      Very good signing for Liverpool hopefully he’ll be a success. Liverpool are very clever and just like luis Diaz they have swooped in when everyone expected the player to sign for united. Hopefully we can sort our midfield out soon

      Good video guys. Just had a few points. United do need a player like Gakpo now that Ronaldo has left and he wouldn’t be a huge burden on their finances as they are no longer paying Ronaldo’s wages. Also Nunez wasn’t a 100mil signing. It was 64.1mil plus add ons. The 100mil price tag is just a narrative that undermines Nunez. Otherwise good show.

      Nunez want £100 million it was €85 million rising to 100 so if all the add ons are paid it’s about £87 mil but closer to the 75 right now

      United fans trying to convince themselves that it's a blessing in disguise to miss out on Gakpo so they can "get the striker they really need" is kinda hilarious copium, not going to lie.

      ten Hag wanted him, but United fans are convincing himself they need a no 9 instead? Nah, lads. All this talk about a no9 is copium.

      Here's what happened; United blew their budget in the summer, overpaying massively for the likes of Antony and Martinez. They were in pole position for Gakpo, and tried to low-ball the upfront offer because they can't afford it, then Liverpool lost Diaz to a new injury, decided to go for Gakpo, and the game was up. All the spin since out of United that they weren't sure of his position, or that he was too expensive (like the club who paid a potential 100m for Antony thinks 37m Gakpo is overpriced) is just a smokescreen for failure.

      And by the by, Joao Felix is averaging 10 goals a season for Atletico, hardly the goalscorer United apparently need.

      Finally, Nunez is averaging a goal involvement every 75 minutes this season. That's slightly better than Kane and at least three times better than any Arsenal player, for instance. Sure, he's missed a few one on ones, but he's actually been really effective for a guy often playing out of position in his first season, in front of a midfield which has had some serious injury issues.

      Here's the reality, Despite all the hype most journalists give United have just 25m in operating capital, the players the bought Casimerio, Anthony, Martinez were bought on credit and will need to be paid out of the incoming money this summer coming. The tried to buy Gakpo on the never never over several years and thought the RVN connection would get him, however LFC offered 90% plus add ons which gives PSV money to buy and invest now, not next year. As for the sale of United Livetpool is a far better option than United, no debt, new facilities, new stadium, United, 1bn debt, 25m operating capital only, fee way too high, training facility upgrade estimated in excess of 300m. OLD Trafford needs over 300m of upgrades including a whole new roof experts say will cost over 100m alone. United fans and its media's luvvies need to stop making out that U item is super wealthy its on its knees and this from United fans and football finance experts

      Can anyone steal what is not owned? How did LFC steal a player that ManU did not value enough to pay 75% of his fees upfront to PSV?! I guess Photoshop pictures are enough these days to assign "ownership" of a player to a club!!!
