Expectations for Real Madrid are completely out of touch with anything any other team faces in the world. If they don't win a CL every goddamn year, it's a failure. This season wasn't good, but it wasn't terrible, 90% of the clubs in the world would pay to have a terrible season like this. Xabi will bring in new ideas and Trent can help them a lot as well and maybe even grow as a player. He'll also probably win a lot of titles, perhaps just not as much as the media and RM fans expect him (and them) too
Let's be real. Carlo Ancelotti was out of his depth. Carlo 24/25 is genuinely one of the worst ever coaches. Every decision he took was wrong. I mean he kept playing Lucas Vazquez 4x against Barca. That is how clueless he was.
