At 24 years old, Kylian Mbappe has already had a career better than most players can only dream of.

In fact at this age, Mbappe’s numbers are higher than even those of both Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo at the same age. But it seems that despite the individual greatness that Mbappe has shown us since he first came into the spotlight, it seems that not a lot of people like him.

In fact, I’d dare to say he’s actually pretty hated by a suprising number of football fans. Just exactly why is that? Today, we’re here to answer that question and also take a look at why exactly Kylian Mbappe might just deserve more respect

  1. I started recording this when Mbappe was still 23 lmao 😂 Anyways he's legit and is already on his way to be the next generation's GOAT. Definitely deserves more respect. Happy holidays to all of you! Hope you all stay blessed and safe🙏

  2. No one complained when the French players sang songs about Messi and Argentina when they knocked Argentina out of the World Cup in 2018 . Nor did they complain when the french media slaughtered Messi after . Argentinians have a good memory .

  3. Of course he has so insane numbers, he is playing in the french league. Cristiano was playing at the premier and Messi in la liga, were the competition is tougher. Im no saying Mbappe is no an amazing player. He is a generational player, no one doubt that.

  4. Just one correction, Pele played 14 world cup matches as well. And he was injured in two of them so, he pretty much played 12 full matches. Saying that Mbappe equalled his numbers in half the time is dishonest. Mbappe has played more world cup minutes than Pele. First of all world cup was shorter in Pele's time. Pele was not starting at the start of 1958 world cup and he was introduced in the middle of tournament. And he got injured in 1962 and 1966. Pele only played one full tournament, that was in 1970.
Plus, Pele had significantly more assists than Mbappe.
Mbappe is amazing, but you don't need to bring Pele down to praise him. I agree that at world cup stage Mbappe is the biggest young sensation since Pele, but still not bigger than Pele himself.

  5. Mbappe done what Messi had done in 5 wc In 2 he’s gonna be like pele the more worlds cups he preforms he’s gonna he the player when u think of the World Cup and that’s sum the dwarf that shoots up can’t do and THEY ARGENTINANS RACIST WAIT WHEN THEY COME TO MEXICO THEY GONNA GET SLAPPED ON 🤣🤣

  6. He is of course legit, and he doesn’t deserve the hate he receives. But some the stat’s that’s used to compare him with other players like World Cup goals isn’t fair on others. Because Ronaldo never had a great team as France, so he didn’t even get the opportunity. Earlier in his career Ronaldo were not playing as a striker as much, so obviously he will have less goals. Messi still plays attacking midfielder, so naturally will have less goals than striker. Messi does many other things than just scoring goals.

  7. Mbappe is playing in a trash league which is why he has unbelievable stats, if Messi played all of his career in league 1 he'd have 3000+ goals and 1000+ assists by the age of 20

  8. I like the content of your channel, but I don´t agree with this one (at least not all of it).

The respect is earned from the people, not asked it to. Clearly he has the potencial to win everything, but to win the heart of the people, you have to do more than goals and assits. We are talking about the most famous and passionate sport ever, not everything is about stats. That is the difference beetween greats players, and the greatest of all time. Each generation has great players but the GOAT ones are different for a reason. He is still really young, let's see how his career goes on.

About the some specific stuff that you said on the video..

_It's seems like you completely forgot about the time when Mbappé said a lot of crap about all the south americans national teams (a couple of months before the world cup). In that precise moment he earned even more haters, and I'm not agree with with, but even when he is an absolut monster, you have to understand that he wasn't the most respectfull player that time (actually it wat quite the opposite), and a lof of his actitudes aren't great either, so in some way, he received what he creates (nobody deserved to be hated, but if you said shitty things, well, maybe something came back at you.. I mean, sometimes this things happens for a reason). Clearly, nobody denys he isn't an amazing player, in fact everybody critise his lack of fellowship and his selfishness, completely forgetting that isn't an individual sport and the best way to be successfull in it, is play with your teammates, but nobody deny that he is a beast on the field and his stats are incredible, crearly top player of this decade and probably next ballon d'Or.

_The argentinean fans singing a stup|d song it wan't at the beggining of the season, it was actually at the beggining of the world cup, and clearly some |diots doesn't represent all the argentinean fans.

_I'm pretty sure that the lack of chemistry beetween Mbappé and some teammates was before the arrival of Messi to PSG (you never named Neymar in the entire video, come on!).

About the Mbappé perspective, clearly he is one of the most promising young superstars but if the club you're playing make one decission or another, you have to be mature enough to accept it and try your best no matter what, you can complaint about it, but don't remember that you're just a player.

_But when he signed the contract extension with PSG (who will not accepted a 1/4 billon contract?) and technically he have more privileges, he didn't hesitate and contribute to the departure of almost all the argentineans and brazilean teammates.. Because doesn't speak french or because they are southamericans? clearly that wasn't cool either.. If you act like that, the criticism will appear, don't you think?

_I don't think the money or the lack of passion for the game is actually the main critics that he received, clearly the main focus is on his actitudes.

_Clearly he has an insane stats, but the ballon d'Or is not all about stats, because like I said, is not an individual sport, obviously depends about what each player achieves, individually and with his team, and obivously like in any votation, if you're a good person (or at least, you don't show like it), maybe that will affect the results.

_It's true, his stats are amazing outside of Ligue 1 too, but it can't be deny that the Ligue isn't competetive enough, and maybe he could still has the same stats somewhere else, but the fact he ins't, the stats are from that Ligue, that is just a fact, and maybe that is the reason why his unbelieveble stats aren't that mucha apreciate it. Yes, "he can do it in any stage", but he didn't.. It will be really call for his career and for all the football fans, if he goes to a stronger leage.

_ Emiliano Martinez is not trolling Mbappé, the clip that you showed is just an out of context video, in the celebration in Argentina (with all the nacional team players) in a party moment. It seems that nobody saw the moment after the WC final when Martinez approach Mbappé to congratulate him, it's easy to talk about respect when you only watched one part of the story (and the four times that Mbappé scored against him, what a penalty shoot, come on, that comment wasn't necessary).

    Happy holydays!

  9. Mbappe is incredibly overrated, especially now that he scored 3 goals in the final. Lets just ignore that 2 of them were penalties and only 1 was a decent goal that any striker would score on a good day

  10. Well as you end on the statement that he is here to stay.. I agree on that part. Statistically, he might outdo Ronaldo and Messi combined… but ..since the whole agenda of this video is surrounded around respect/hate for him, let me tell you why… you explained it yourself for the reason why he got the mbappaypal title (instead of the ballon d'or), *also I would like you to mention how many game changing/overturning effects he has had over a football match…….plus whether or not we need to respect him beyond Messi or Ronaldo, we can talk about it in about 10 years time.. because to be honest, he already has all the respect he deserves at this point of his career.. lets not get get carried away just because he is a millennial

  11. Maybe because he doesn't like messi very much. Honestly, he needs to chill. He doesn't need to be mad cuz he lost the Ronaldo/Messi GOAT debate.

  12. My friend is a very big Messi fan, kinda toxic about it too, once I said Mbappe may take ballon d'or 2023 he totally flipped and said "Messi 🐐", I guess toxicity also plays a big role in not liking players.

  13. He plays in a farmers' league so you can't really compare with Messi and Ronaldo without factoring that in…his numbers don't count 🤷‍♂ I think he's a generational talent but he has to do it in the PL or La Liga (although La Liga is rapidly becoming a farmers' league too)

  14. Dude what are you smoking.. Mbappe is fantastic, but nowhere near Messi (or even Ronaldo) at the same age. You can't compare those numbers on France's joke of a league, there is good reason for not being in top 3 for ballon d'Or. Also, that hat trick in the final is somewhat misleading, 2 penalties (lot of credit for handling the nerves tho) and didn't show up until minute 80 of the match, and even that was thanks to the substitutes Deschamps sent to the pitch. As I said, he's great, but has a LOT of catching up to do to become even top 30-40 player in history.

  15. its quite early to say mbappe will surpass messi and ronaldo interms of stats and even if he does he dosent have as enough competition right now most teams are not in there prime or there best besides mancity.I remember watching the ucl from 2005 up to 2018 they were the best matches we had even seen but after that we reached 2019 things fell of it wasnt as fun and great names werent playing right now football is not as legendary back then it might take mbappe to surpass messi and ronadlo by a mile for him to be considerd the goat

  16. Say what you will at the end of the day Mbappe haters will probably not even be capable a fraction of what this kid has done the WC final wasn't only a dream come true for Messi it was also a passing of the torch to some extent

  17. I felt like Kylian was underrated last year but after the World Cup I see everyone agrees he is the single best player on the planet at the moment. He is steadily into his prime. That said, he is not “liked” because there are constant reports of bad attitude stuff with him

  18. Martinez is salty because Mbappe scored 4 times against him in that match. 3 consecutive penalties in spite of Martinez being the mentally tough goalkeeper. That's gotta hurt his ego at least one bit. That's why he's making fun of Mbappe

  19. I Can respect his talent fs but he’s an arrogant pos especially after his comments on South America. Then the goat humbled him

  20. Some people seem to forget that not all ego is bad ego. Most humans have egos over certain things, ego is just another word for extreme self esteem or self confidence in certain fields after all. Mbappes ego shouldn’t be a reason to hate him in my opinion because his ego has done more good than bad. If his ego caused psg to lose games or get eliminated in the wc then I’d understand but his ego infact has done A LOT more good for his teams than bad. And who are we to judge him over his 'ego' when his teammates clearly aren’t bothered by it?

  21. Respect you earn, messi Ronaldo weren’t respected until they started showing their skills and class mbap has the grace of a reversing dump truck lmao he’s a very talented player but his attitude stinks at times

  22. Mbappe is the most promising future GOAT for me
But he has not yet achieved that GOAT title yet… he needs to learn respect… Messi has been a GOAT for a long time but he is so humble… that gives him respect… no doubt Mbappe is a goal scoring machine but he has a lot to achieve before he can be a GOAT… there are a lot of other players capable of challenging him and running away with the title…

Ofcoz he is incredible but Messi and CR7 are phenomenal 💯 they are true GOATs

  23. He needs to leave Ligue 1, at 24 both Messi and Ronaldo were competing at the highest level. I’m sure then two would’ve done better than they did had they played in a farmers league.
