  1. I'm sorry but you wake up at 7:15 and leave for training at 8:15 but within that hour you take the dogs out. Go for a swim and do a sauna and steam room๐Ÿ˜‚ don't want to call you a lier but that's doesn't sound right to me. And average time in a suana/steam would be 15 minutes each to feel the benefit. Which leaves you with 30 minutes to take the dogs out which I assume would be a walk? And then go for a swim? And it's just odd to do a sauna steam room relaxing the muscles before then going to training these are normally used as recovery methods. Correct me of I'm wrong ๐Ÿ˜
